2020 HS213-1 Fall SAT Prep

Wednesday & Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30PM ( Start time: 08/26/2020, End time: 10/7/2020)

Course description and expectations:
In this course, students will systematically review grammatical knowledge and learn effective test strategies essential to the SAT English examination. In the first four sessions, we will focus on preparing students for the Writing and Language Test (Grammar). We are going to go over the most frequently tested grammatical rules and approaches to tackle different types of test questions. We will also guide students through applying these rules and test strategies in real tests. To achieve this goal in such a short time frame, we expect students to be highly self-motivated and able to complete home assignments on time.

Instructor (Grammar & Reading): Lei Luo (PhD, MA, MBA)
Instructor (Writing): Gracie Englebert (Junior from Yale)
Instructor (Math): Jean Zhou (PhD)
