Daniela Pena
Daniela is an undergraduate at Yale University majoring in cognitive science with a track in human-computer interaction. She currently researches at Yale on Large Language Models through an interdisciplinary study of linguistics and computer science. Daniela has worked with and taught students in various fields, including medicine, writing, business, history, and language learning.
Since 2019, Daniela has worked as a general education tutor specializing in advanced placement courses, including the AP Language Composition and AP Literature courses. She received 5s on both AP exams. Aside from reviewing course material with students, Daniela helped students organize their academic lives through planner usage, timed study sessions, and more. In addition to tutoring, Daniela worked as a business educator as a state parliamentarian and later state president of the Future Business Leaders of America, where she gave presentations on business etiquette, resume building, and business literacy to classrooms around her state and during statewide conferences.
